Terms of Service

The agreement for using GearPhy’s website, app, and related services.

01

Agreement

By using the GearPhy website, mobile app, or API you agree to these terms. If you are using GearPhy for a workshop, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

02

The service

GearPhy is garage operations software: customers, vehicles, jobs, inventory, invoices, payments, and related tools. Features depend on your plan. We may change the product as we improve it. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

03

Accounts

You are responsible for credentials, for staff you invite, and for activity under your workshop. Keep contact details current. Do not share owner access. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, reverse-engineer it, or interfere with other tenants.

04

Your data

You own the business records you enter. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that data solely to provide the service. You must have the right to store customer and vehicle information you add. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

05

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in INR unless we agree otherwise. Limits (users, branches, invoices, inventory, and add-on flags) are enforced by the live plan catalog. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Taxes may apply. Platform billing (your GearPhy subscription) is separate from invoices you issue to your customers.

06

Acceptable use

Do not use GearPhy for unlawful work, to store data you are not allowed to hold, or to attempt access to another garage’s tenant. The app is not a consumer product for vehicle owners to log into.

07

Intellectual property

GearPhy, the logo, and the product remain our property. You may not copy the app, scrape the service, or use our marks without permission.

08

Disclaimer

The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that invoices, GST figures, or stock counts will meet a particular accounting or legal filing standard. You remain responsible for tax compliance, customer communications, and workshop operations.

09

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, GearPhy is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

10

Termination

You may stop using GearPhy and request account or garage deletion. We may terminate access for non-payment or breach. After termination, we may delete data following the retention described in the Privacy Policy.
